DESCRIPTION "Grand Cru" is a 1985 CS30, featuring an 18 hp diesel engine in excellent condition with low hours, turning a 2-blade feather prop with a new anode. The sails are in excellent shape, with a Sunbrella addition to the 135 jib in 2021. The boat received all-new upholstery and dodger windows in 2023. Additionally, all halyard lines were replaced in 2022, and all new 3/4-inch dock lines were added in 2023.

The bimini and dodger have heavy stitching plus a leather guard to prevent wear from the boom. The fully electronic Raymarine autopilot allows for easy hands-free sailing. The boat is also equipped with a surround sound stereo, a full chest refrigeration unit, a TV, a microwave, and a gimbaled stainless propane stove with an oven. Other features include a fold-down dining table and a Lowrance fishfinder.
