SHIPPING
Orders placed are mostly shipped next business day. All orders are handled urgently with prompt email providing payment confirmation and tracking.
Any shipping delivery estimates shown during check-out are provided by shipping carriers. We make every attempt to meet the estimated times but cannot guarantee delivery by their estimated dates.
RETURNS
We're working to resolve an issue with 3rd party search websites that may incorrectly identify our products as offering return eligibility other than our stated policy allows. To ensure clarity, we want to reiterate our official return policy remains as laid out in the following.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products, electronic charts
- All Labour and or Installation Services
- Life Jackets, Personal Floatation Devices, and Towable Toys.
- Boat Packages
- Outboard Motors
- Boats (inflatable & non-inflatable)
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Sup Boards - Less 40% restocking fee.
- Additional items not listed above, not in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds: (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Final Sale items: (if applicable)
Final sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges: (if applicable)
We do not offer exchanges of goods or services sold.
Return Shipping:
To return your product, you must first contact us bridge@bridgeyachts.com to make a request. If approved the product must then be delivered to our address; 49 Harbour St, Port Dover, ON, N0A 1N0, Canada.
You will be responsible for return shipping fee's. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
