Vessel Overview

“CAPERS” is a custom-built, aluminum 11.7m (38') pleasure craft power yacht designed by Grahame Shannon of Avia Design Group and built by Jim McIntyre in Port Colborne, Ontario. Professionally surveyed by Coastwise Management Inc. in 2025, the vessel was found in GOOD overall condition.

Constructed with marine-grade welded aluminum and heavy structural framing, this vessel offers robust performance with a quality finish inside and out. Hull plating thickness includes ¼” shell, 3/8” deck, and ½” in the engine frame areas.

Hull Construction: Welded aluminum throughout; consistent with ABYC hull and machinery standards.

Design: Raked bow, square stern, single hard chine, moderate deadrise.

Deck & Superstructure: Coated in white epoxy with excellent coverage; non-slip grip deck covering; swim platform.

Interior: Finished in polished mahogany decking, cabinetry, and trim.
